【中文摘要】
     强迫症状是大学心理问题中发生率较高的一种,现有研究大多集中在临床领域,专门针对大学生强迫症状的非临床研究并不多见。本研究采用问卷调查,结合个案访谈的方法,对大学生强迫症状的特点进行了较为详细的分析和讨论,并探讨了防御机制的使用与大学生强迫症状之间的相关性,为多角度实施大学生心理健康教育,预防和改善大学生强迫症状,提高心理健康水平提供了一些理论和实践的参考。 本研究首先在分析、研究了已有文献的基础上,结合个案访谈,编制了《大学生强迫症状调查问卷》,然后采用问卷法对大学生的强迫症状及其防御机制进行了调查,通过对数据的处理与分析,主要得出以下一些结论:
    1.大学生强迫症状调查问卷具有良好的心理测量学指标,分析得出8个强迫症状的因素分别为强迫排序、强迫检查、攻击性强迫观念、性强迫观念、一般性强迫观念、强迫计数、强迫收藏和强迫清洗。
    2.大学生强迫症状中出现频率较高、困扰程度较大的依次为:强迫排序、强迫收藏、一般性强迫观念和性强迫观念。
    3.大学生强迫症状水平总体上末发现性别差异,但在强迫排序因子得分女生显著高于男生,在强迫检查、攻击性强迫观念和性强迫观念三个因子得分上,男生显著高于女生。
    4.大学生强迫症状水平存在年级间的差异,四个年级的强迫症状水平呈U形分布,表现为大四高于大一,大一又高于大二和大三。其中大一和大四是两个关键时期。
    5.大学生强迫症状水平存在蒙、汉差异,表现为蒙授班学生高于汉授班学生。同时还存在因子上的差异。在强迫排序、强迫检查和强迫清洗三个因子上蒙授生高于汉授生,而在性强迫观念和一般性强迫观念两个因子上表现为汉授生高于蒙授生。
    6.大学生的强迫症状水平表现出明显的生源地差异,总体上看城市来源的大学生要低于农村来源的大学生。在性强迫观念、一般性强迫观念、强迫收藏三个因子上牧区来源的大学生要好于城市和农村来源的大学生。
    7.不同学科性质的大学生在强迫症状水平上也存在显著差异。表现为文科学生低于理科学生。
    8.出生顺序的差异也是影响大学生强迫症状水平的一个因素,独生子女的强迫症状水平要显著低于非独生子女。在强迫清洗因子上,老大和最小的要好于其他出生顺序的学生。
    9.大学生对成熟型防御机制的使用频率普遍高于不成熟型防御机制。
    10.高强迫症状组的大学生比低强迫症状组的大学生更多地使用各种防御机制。
    11.大学生强迫症状与其心理防御机制之间存在显著的相关,尤其是一些不成熟型和中间型防御机制的使用,对大学生强迫症状的解释具有重要意义。

     Obsessive-compulsive symptoms are highly-occurred mental problems among undergraduates. At present, most researches of obsessive-compulsive symptoms are mainly focused on the clinical community.     Obsessive-compulsive symptoms are highly-occurred mental problems among undergraduates. At present, most researches of obsessive-compulsive symptoms are mainly focused on the clinical community. However, specific studies on the non-clinical community of undergraduates are much less carried out. By means of investigation with questionnaires and interview of individuals, the characteristics of obsessive-compulsive special for undergraduates were analyzed and discussed in this research. Meanwhile, the correlations between
defense mechanisms and obsessive-compulsive symptoms of undergraduates were further investigated. The results, on both theoretical and practical levels, supplied some meaningful references in sense of the mental health education of undergraduates  as  well  as  the  prevention  and  improvement  of obsessive-compulsive symptoms of this special group.
    In this study, the approach of questionnaires was employed to investigate the   obsessive-compulsive  symptoms  of undergraduates  and the  defense mechanisms, based on an Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms Questionnaire of Undergraduates (OCSQU) which was first designed by ourselves according to the reported investigations and the interviews of the symptom individuals. After processing and analysis of the data, the following conclusions were drawn.
    1 .The designed OCSQU showed satisfied reliability and validity. By factor analysis, the questionnaire can be divided into eight factors: ordering, checking, aggressivity, sexuality, obsessing, counting, hoarding and washing.
    2. Among the obsessive-compulsive symptoms of undergraduates, the symptoms with high occurrence frequency and of disturbance are ordering, hoarding, obsessing and sexuality consecutively.
    3 .The mean total scores of OCSQU did not show significant differences between male and female, but the female group shows higher scores on ordering and lower scores on checl}ing, aggressivity and sexuality factors than male group.
    4. The mean total scores of OCSQU indicated significant differences among four grades. The mean total scores of four grades are distributed as U shape一the scores of seniors are higher than that of freshmen, while freshmen showed higher scores than sophomores and juniors. Freshman and senior are two most critical stages.
    5 .The mean total scores of OCSQU also revealed significant differences between Han and Mongolian nationality. Mongolian spoken students show higher mean total scores of OCSQU in ordering, checking and washing factors, but lower scores in sexuality and obsessing factors.
    6. The mean total scores of OCSQU showed significant differences upon the student's sources. The city-sourced students show lower mean total scores of OCSQU than the countryside-sourced students. The students come from pasturing area show lower scores on sexuality, obsessing and hoarding factors respectively than those of students from city and countryside.
